audible ringer?

I am running :

1- uboot: u-boot 1.2.0-moko9_r0 aug 19 2007
2- kernel: uImage-2.6.22.5-moko11-r2-fic-gta01.bin   
3- Qtopia:
OpenMoko-qtopia-image-glibc-ipk-P1-September-Snapshot-20071009-fic-gta01.roo
tfs.jffs2 

The phone is working fine for many days.
I don't hear the ringback (the ring on your earset when you call)
The sound switches only when the call is picked up  (with a 1 sec delay
maybe...)
The contacts from the sim card don't transfer to the phone
The batteries last only 5-6 hours
