Ready to flash rootfs

I am ready to flash rootfs for the first time.

Following the wiki, I went to Index of
/OM2007.2/tmp/deploy/glibc/images/fic-gta01

There are a number of images there. Most notably, I see significant size
differences in these two fairly recent files:

Does anyone have guidance on what version I should use to start?

My Neo is a 70-7GTA01B-00002
