When: check svn-commits, but don't expect the updated packages to
appear instantaneously on the web yet.

Where: from the feeds that are already configured in the August
snapshot image.

The buildhost snapshots we are releasing receive testing, the images
that lay on under the OM2007.2 and OM2007.1 are direct products of our
development process and receive no testing.
