Some dfu-util related questions

Dear all!

First of all, I cannot find the binaries for dfu-util anymore. The link here

in the section "Binaries" is broken.

Second, I found there is an additional DFU implementation available:

http://dfu-programmer.sourceforge.net/

Did anyone try using this to flash the Neo 1973?

Third I found this interesting thread:

Is this about a native (i.e. MinGW, not Cygwin) port to Win32? What happend to that one?
