Now I make some tests - hardware is working, but, today my clock change time
after restarting 2 times !

Before:
root at fic-gta01:/media/card/home/root $ hwclock -r
Mon Mar 10 15:24:12 2008 0.000000 seconds

... 5 minute ...

After:
root at fic-gta01:/media/card/home/root$ hwclock -r
Mon Mar 10 15:31:56 2008 0.000000 seconds

As you can see there is Mar 10, but today morning I did set my clock and
date to 12.03.2008 ;(

My phone works correctly. It records time even if I turned off it (I have
checked).

Not exactly, if I turn off neo, clock will stop counting. And after  power
up the time will stay same as it was before turning off...

Does neo1973 have any real-time hardware clock which is working while neo is
turned off?
