Differences in u-boot?

I again today looked at the status of the OpenMoko Daily builds and got 
curious about the following:

It shows that I seem to have three different versions of u-boot for the 
GTA01 bv4, the first fetched April 3. and the last May 18. They are 
different, but show the same file name and with what appears to be the 
same IDs.

Anyone care to let me know what is going on?
