EABI works on phase 0 devices

Hi,

I just successfully booted an EABI openmoko-devel image on my neo1973. I had one small
problem, which is probably uboot related: if you don't press the AUX button every few
seconds the phone will power off, regardless if an DFU upload is in progress.
