Will replied. Briefly:

"The wiki is an open platform, they have all the permission they need. 
Brenda will guide this effort like any other editor would do: leave them 
alone to explore freely and provide them with the tools and environment 
that them need to do so.

"... tell them to run free.  Brenda ... will guide by assistance

So. Organize however you see fit. Plan amongst yourselves. Prioritize as 
you see fit, and lead yourselves.
