I don't think that item really belongs - it's not related to a bug in the
software or hardware at all, but rather to complaints about mailing list
server.  I think it's appropriate to filter out off-topic threads from a
wiki-ized list summary, or at least stuff them in their own category such
as 'off-topic discussions'.

(aside: I'd be more than willing to work with the mailserver admin toward a
resolution of this issue, which is guaranteed to get worse until the
mailinglists are unusable unless it is addressed in some fashion. I've
built and administered load-balanced clusters of ISP mailservers handling
up to a million SMTP connections a day, so I've some idea what I'm doing in
this regard - first suggestion is to look at Exim's smtp_accept_max setting
vs system resource usage, it's better to defer incoming mail than to let it
time-out in an indeterminate state)
