[patch] 1/4 avoi stat error when got '\r' twice

HI!


I have GSM modem EVB, which is the same as the one on NEO device.When I communicate with it through gsmd / libgsmd-tool under x86 platform. 
I would get '\r' twice at the beginning, which cause state error. Make gsmd llparse_byte() to be more tolerant.
