[Patch]: Battery connection status, charge level and fix warnings in libgsmd_pin.c

Hi all,
Heres a patch to gsmd with the following
1.) support for battery Connection status and charge level
	"AT+CBC"
2.) Fixed compiler warnings in libgsmd_pin.c by including "lgsm_internals.h"
3.) Changes to some function names for better readability.
