[gta02-core] KiCad wish list

I compiled a list of KiCad enhancements I think would benefit the
gta02-core project. If someone is interested in hacking a bit on
KiCad (it's written in C++ and uses wx for GUI and print functions),
this list may give some ideas.

This is still incomplete, but it should be a starting point,
particularly for the top priority items. I'll make updates as we
go. I'll also post the link on the kicad-devel mailing list.
