Well I don't think they flipped the chip, they use this style for
similar packages as well, right pin 1 to left  pin 2. I think ROHM is
just using different pin numbers. If so, the function of each pin will
be the same with the other vendors where TOP=C/Output, LEFT=B/Input and
Right=E/GND.

The questio is which style do we go for?
I see a lot of trouble here, we absolutely need to keep consistency. For
example, if we have another device with the same package and we want to
reuse this package, we need to make sure that the pin numbering is the
same style otherwise we'll have a serious problem.
