I've committed this as an ecn for discussion. 

My feeling is that I'd be happy to add 0R to the new lines we're runing 
to the debug connector (ecn0034), but not on the existing spi lines.  
The accelerometers and WLAN/SPI tests Werner conducted work with the 
existing wiring, and there hasn't been a need to depart from this wiring 
for existing gta02's - so lets leave that as is for -core.
