Dear Team,

The purpose of this email is to (virtually) introduce everyone. Here it
goes!

Core Team

Everyone on the Core Team _wants_ to help. We _want_ to have better
communication between you all. We know that sometimes it hard to 
communicate with us. And sometimes we are slow to reply. This is what
the Coordinators are for ;-)  


Coordinators

      confirmed)

Joachim will (hopefully) start on April 1st. I'm sure you all know me by
now ;-)

If you _ever_ have a question / comment / gripe / anything...email us.
We'll figure out who's the right person for your reply. I know this
project is big and confusing. That it's really decentralized and spread
all over the world. This is OUR ADVANTAGE! Learn to thrive in this 
environment and you grow to new levels both as an engineer and as a
human. 

Use the Coordinators to help you with _anything_.
 

Task Managers

First, let me just clarify one thing. Task Managers were _not_ chosen
because of their technical ability. They were chosen because of their
_communications_ ability. If you have questions, please contact one of
them first. They will then contact the nearest Coordinator if they don't
have the answer.   

Project Managers

    * LP Fay -- Navigation Devices
    * Tony Tu -- Modules 

Most of you know Tony Tu by now. LP is someone that deserves equal
respect. He's been very effective and has worked unbelievable hard with
me landing Dash (one of our new projects). As Dash begins to migrate
towards OpenMoko, you'll here more from him.

LP and Tony both are incredibly strong, experienced PMs. Ask them for
help if you need it.  


Project Controller

    * Liane Shen -- Tracks / coordinates / controls all OpenMoko 
      issues. 

Liane is totally awesome. Probably more than _anyone_ inside FIC, she
gets what OpenMoko is all about. And _loves_ to help. If you aren't
getting something you need (phones, money, emails, ...) please let her
know. She'll fix things before you can eat your next meal.

effectively. There's a lot of talent above. We just need to learn how to
work together better.
