howto obtain the hardware for testing purposes

We would like to start testing with a hybrid phone to see if we can 
integrate it into our pbx systems...

Is there anybody around here who knows where I can order the hardware/debug 
packages, so we can start testing the software deployment on these... We are 
a Belgian company, so any Western European distributor should do just 
fine...
