The LCM is a dedicated interface of the LCM controller.  yes, you can
switch the ports to GPIO input or output pins, but it is not a bus, and
you would have to bit-bang data.

SPI is IIRC 20MHz (serial, 1bit) max. on the Samsung 2410/2440
