[PATCH] Use MokoMessageDialog instead of GtkMessageDialog on the openmoko-appmanager

Dear Harald,

I created a patch for the openmoko-appmanager, using MokoMessageDialog
instead
of GtkMessageDialog. My process is listed below, please tell me whether the
process
is correct or not. Thanks

1. Using the "svn checkout" to check out a copy of the appmanager
2. Modify the appmanager, and sure that there is not any mistake
3. Clear the working copy. such as :"make distclean", remove the other
auto-generated
     files, remove all ".svn" folder
4. Checking out another clear copy of the appmanager, and remove all ".svn"
folder
5. Generate the patch file: "diff -Nru original.folder modified.folder >
appmanager.patch"
6. Send the patch file to openmoko-apps list.
