Openmoko Messages Patch [by svn diff] (based on svn Revision 1726)

Contact window display contacts by contact window type sms/email
 * Click on "Send" button will create Contact window by type CONTACT_SMS/CONTACT_EMAIL
 * contact with empty mobile phone number is filtered in CONTACT_SMS contact window
 * contact with empty email address is filtered in CONTACT_EMAIL contact window
 * based on contact window type, treeview column title will change
