Battery monitor application

Hi all,

Allow me to attach my very first application for OpenMoko. This
application is aimed at displaying various system information of the
OpenMoko platform.
You can see a screenshot of it at scap.linutogo.org (id 271)
This is a very first draft of the application, lot of things remains to
clean and to implement. 
I just send it in order to see if other pple is interested in such an
application.
I've submitted a project creation request on the moko gforge in order to
put the code under svn.
