About QVGA theme for OM.2

This was already possible by setting gtk-icon-sizes="TakuIcon=64,64" in
the theme. However, we have renamed TakuIcon to taku-icon to match the
naming scheme of the other GTK+ icon sizes and to make it a little more
obvious.

The default size (64x64) is still set in the application when it
registers the icon size and is only used if taku-icon is not specified
in the theme.
