It's on ttySAC1 and uses RTS/CTS flow control.
arch/arm/common/gta01_pm_gps.c should take care of powering it up.
(Note: I've never tried that. Harald wrote the driver, so if there
are any gotchas, he'll know.)

Good luck ! It would certainly be quite interesting if someone
could figure out what's happening there :-)
