Navit seems to me a good option to check out: works on the Neo (cvs
version), compliant with OpenStreetMap and also proprietary maps, speech
feedback, active and kind team.
Up to now I only tried it on my desk for integration purpose, the
position point being updated by pen. As soon as I receive the map of my
area, I will do live tests of navigation by speech on motorbike :-) .
