GTA01Bv3 to share

My phase0 Neo1973 is waiting in customs office yet, but I already
think I will not need two devices - I need one for my upcoming
Pingwinaria conference talk, then I'll wait for GTA01Bv4 fixed
version.

Please let me know if anyone would like to have GTA01Bv3 - it's the
version with known hardware bugs, as described in wiki. I can send it
after March 18th - for a shipping cost and tax I pay (if any, it's not
clear yet*). European Union is preferred - to avoid another custom
fees.

ad *) I know it's not quite OK to get money for a gift, but I will not
gain any profit here, only cover costs which are expensive for me -
and one more developer will have Neo early access then
