Sound API?

I am starting to write a few mini programs for the Neo, and I know it uses
GTK as its gui base, but what audio libraries is it using? I would prefer to
use something that is already there to keep the footprint small. BTW All I
really need to do is play a .wav though the headphone jack, so what ever
library the Neo currently has that does that in the simplest method would be
most appreciated.
