With of course a configurable delay - if the user has touched the screen 
in the last 30s, pop up the 'ringing' dialog, vibrate, don't ring the 
ringer for 1.2* this delay, and grey out the buttons until the the delay 
passes.
To eliminate accidental call rejection/acceptance.
