mtn trouble

I try to `make setup`,but get errors on pulling mtn:

mtn: calculating migration...
mtn: no migration performed; database schema already up-to-date
mtn: doing anonymous pull; use -kKEYNAME if you need authentication
mtn: connecting to monotone.openmoko.org
mtn: network error: failed to connect: timeout connection
make: *** [stamps/OE.mtn] Error 1

Also i seat behind NAT i set http_proxy and ftp_proxy. any ideas?
