Compilation troubles with MokoMakefile #2

well, it seems to work for most of us. So what is different with your setup? 
Is there anything special you can think of? It is close to impossible to fix 
a issue one is not seeing. The only thing I can propose is to setup a virtual 
machine exposing this build error and give me access to that.

well, do you have that commit [1]? I have never used the MokoMakefile but 
somewhere is a directory that contains that file and either you manually look 
if your file contains that or you use git to find that out.
