mokomakefile error

Hello,

I have started a new build from scratch in an empty directory with the
MokoMakefile and I get an error. 

I repeated three times the
"make update-makefile && make setup && make update" followed by
"make openmoko-devel-image" and the error persists.

The output is as follows:
