assassin bb file RDEPEND

RDEPENDS are NOT Build-Depends but Runtime Depends. Please do not mix it 
with DEPENDS (which ARE Build-Depends).

In short: DO NOT place libraries in RDEPENDS - if resulting binaries use  
on them then their packages will have proper dependencies autocreated.
