Hard to build "openmoko-devel-image"

I probably do attempts on wrong days. For example, my last (today)
make (update && setup && openmoko-devel-image) say:

Is there a way to build only "stable" versions of the whole env?
Stable in the generation, not necessary on exec.

I'll have a look on this, but for the moment, I prefer to use the
MokoMakefile concept. Am I wrong?
