OK.  But the framebuffer memory should still be as it was left at
suspend time, and the framebuffer driver itself could restore video
state on resume too (just dump and restore all the regs).

Well the display for the clock can be wrong or whatever but it will get
refreshed immediately and if the backlight is ramping up at that time,
maybe it feels very responsive to see video really quickly after you
wake it with touchscreen for example.
