Well first I think that is great that you pushed this stuff upstream.  I
have been going around saying we never got any of the kernel stuff
upstream, but it's not true!

In this case Mark seems to have routed these small patches here, but all
I really want to achieve is to clear them upstream as requested.  If
there is already a working process you are running Graeme (I had no
idea) then why don't I just leave it to you?  Is it OK?
