I don't know about this, but I've seen that my friend that owns an 
iPhone can display in Google maps its position based on GSM data... If 
I'm not wrong he wasn't using a thirdy party app, so if iPhone is doing 
it, why can't we? I don't think that Apple has any kind of permission 
over all the World... Isn't it?
