andy-tracking does not build..

Weird.. It doesn't look like to be a problem with pm.o. But it's
because of pm.h. Both plat-s3c24xx and plat-s3c have pm.h in
include/plat. And both are passed to gcc -I. When we include
<plat/pm.h> won't there be confusion ?
