Well, not antenna taking power but a "module".  Yes the AR6001 is wired
up so it has the "always on" 3.3V power going to it... in fact even this
turns off when the device is off though.  But it is powered in suspend
for example.

However you can send it a command to enter a very low power state, which
is what we're talking about making easier on this thread.  So that will
get us as close as possible to it not taking any power.
