Did anyone ever actually charge a battery with GTA02 before now?  USB
charging looked like it was broken and never worked.  Maybe wallsocket
charging worked, didn't try it yet.

This set of patches fixes USB charging so it actually charges things and
adds a /sys node for dumping pcf50633 registers.

As a happy side effect now charging works we get some sensible numbers
from the HDQ estimate registers including the "capacity %" one.
