One will be fine -- you can always meddle with dd seek and emulate
having more if you're not directly mounting what's in there.  You can
meddle with the U-Boot env var to offset any mountable part and limit
the length of it too, so you can actually make 3 parts from that one if
we had to, the mountable bit in the middle.

That'd be great if you could find a way that didn't make some other pain
- - it would definitely be better to not have to chop your main storage
area into pieces.
