I saw PP_OD and IHL in CTRL_REG3 at reset defaults to setting INT1 and
INT2 as push-pull and active high... they are tied together at the
chip...  so I guess one should check that PP_OD and IHL are set on init,
or indeed the INT1 and INT2 combination will spend a lot of time at 0V.
