Yup. This raises the question whether we should put this new stuff
also into the NOR of the next devices that'll come out of the
factory, or whether we should play it safe and keep the old image.

Pro playing it safe: lower probablility of going "oh NO !" when
some weird bug pops up in a few weeks.

Pro updating: solves the battery is dead and NAND is dead too
corner case. (Unfortunately, a problematic NAND might very well
do things that drain the battery. So the two can be correlated.)

Coward that I am, I think I'd go with the old image, since there's
so little time for testing.
