... with the qualification that this is after the USB current limit for
USB path, and the BAT path is subject to a much larger current limit
(1.6 -> 2.2A, I think we use 2.2A) too.

It's worth mentioning because it's this that makes the
no-battery-no-boot problem on devices with VB_SYS cap that isn't
sufficient to hide the effect of VB_SYS not getting enough current from
USB to service its loads via the regulators.  Normally the Battery fills
in via its higher current path.
