Ok, seems that we DO need CONFIG_APM_POWER enabled in the gta02
defconfig -- but not in the gta01 defconfig.  So do NOT apply the
afore-mentioned patch.

I'm assuming that CONFIG_APM_POWER was removed from the defconfig's on
the "andy" branch for debugging purposes, and I'll just turn it back on
when I build that branch.
