Thanks for the explain, but it doesn't make much sense to have a config
that worries about GTA02 issues unless it plan to run on GTA02... and
then if it's different from ours, there's likely something we should
steal from it, or it from us.

I worry about it because the various things tied to races causing
migraines are all exquisitely sensitive to config.  It's enough that we
build the dist kernel module-heavy.
