RFC: blow Ethernet-over-USB into a module

Folks are asking for more choice in USB Gadget mode.
This patch stops making Ethernet-over-USB as a built-in and makes it a
module instead. If you use NFS like that you will hate it.
But, NFS is pretty evil and SD Card is a workable or most usually way
better solution.
