The GTA01 low-level boot process, yes.  GTA02 hardware is not emulated
(except the GPS/WiFi/Accelerometers).

Yes.

There are no LEDs on gta01.  Other machines that QEMU supports simply
print something like "Orange LED off." into the console whenever the
state changes.
