u-boot and qemu

Hi all

I want to use u-boot to run a standalone application on Neo 1973.
In order not to brick my device I've used qemu to experiment first, so I
followed the instructions on page
http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Openmoko_under_QEMU to experiment with the
u-boot configuration.
I've succeeded in making the telnet connect to qemu on port 1200, but I
don't know how to start using the u-boot.
The boot menu appears and only the four choices are available; I want to
start using u-boot on qemu, how can I do so.
