Questions regarding the state of suspend and resume

Good questions.

I added code to reinit the LCM after suspend, it works but sometimes we
then see a "black snow" effect which is likely from the Glamo somehow.
I will be looking at this shortly after I completed the GPIO suspend fixes.

RTC is not well tested AFAIK.  (The time on the GTA02 is always wrong
for me when it could get good time from ntpclient, GPS or maybe GSM.)

I think some work was done to check incoming ring wake and it was OK,
SMS I don't know.
