So this supposes there is "flicker data" sent out from glamo to LCM.
IIRC Andy said he scoped the inter-frame data and it is stable (at 12MHz
landscape), so if this holds true there is no flicker coming from glamo to
LCM.
OTOH for the artifacts on landscape/24MHz Andy suspects a bandwidth issue of
glamo RAM too.
The "[PATCH] fix-glamo-reissue-memory-settings-during-resume.patch" also
addresses RAM bandwidth, by tweaking RAM timing and suspending an idle
spinning glamo CPU.
So probably the flicker at 12MHz won't be fixed with any glamo patch, but we
may use 24MHz and fix the flicker this way.
