update from s-media regarding landscape flicker

So this supposes there is "flicker data" sent out from glamo to LCM. 
IIRC Andy said he scoped the inter-frame data and it is stable (at 12MHz 
landscape), so if this holds true there is no flicker coming from glamo to 
LCM.

OTOH for the artifacts on landscape/24MHz Andy suspects a bandwidth issue of 
glamo RAM too.
The "[PATCH] fix-glamo-reissue-memory-settings-during-resume.patch" also 
addresses RAM bandwidth, by tweaking RAM timing and suspending an idle 
spinning glamo CPU.

So probably the flicker at 12MHz won't be fixed with any glamo patch, but we 
may use 24MHz and fix the flicker this way.
