Hmm, what do you mean with this ? If you add a 5s autoboot delay
(variable "bootdelay"), this means that you get a total delay of
about 5s+5s+2s = 12s before the kernel even begins running.

You mean that it will be difficult to interrupt the automatic boot
of u-boot via usbtty ? Yes, that's true, particularly when booting
from NAND, where the delay is only one second ;-)

However, there's a solution: just bring up the boot menu. Then you
have all the time in the world (well, one minute) to convince
u-boot to talk to you.
