It compiles without error after a lot of meddling and upgrading to new
or changed APIs, but it is still needs quite a lot of work.  The sensor
it is set up for is only 640 x 480, the I2C is not stitched in, we do
not instantiate it yet, etc.  But we are quite a bit better off than we
were this morning :-)  I stuck the mods on "andy" branch.
